Dharma at Work Day Course

In order to make swift progress in our spiritual practice, we need to view people and situations as part of our spiritual training. Our everyday workplace can be a perfect environment in which to apply Buddha’s timeless advice.

Sunday Youth Program ~ at KMC WA in Ballard

Ages 8 - 13

Sundays Noon - 1:30

A special Dharma class for youths 8 - 13 years old. During these classes, young people will have a chance to learn meditation techniques and receive Dharma teachings in a way that suits their needs. Instructions will be given by qualified Dharma teachers from one of our study programs.
